Julianna Richter

Julianna Richter is chief operating officer of Edelman U.S. She has management and operational responsibility for the West Coast, Southeast and Southwest regions and provides leadership and oversight of the strategic growth plan to position the firm as a U.S. leader. In addition to managing ten markets, Julianna takes the lead on strategic initiatives including new business development, knowledge management and drives operational excellence in various areas impacting the business including recruitment and retention, marketing, employee relations, performance management and overall process improvement.
