Karen Hækkerup is the CEO of the Danish trade association Danish Agriculture & Food Council, which represents the Danish agriculture, the food and agro industries. Mrs. Hækkerup has a background in political science and has previously in her career served as the Danish Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries as well as Minister for Justice and as a member of the Danish Parliament for several years.
