Kate Barton

Kate Barton is the EY Americas Vice Chair of Tax. Her work focuses on the implications of policy and legislative issues on CFOs, international and cross-border tax issues, tax technology, the evolving role of tax director, and the growing leadership role of women in business and tax. She serves as Executive Sponsor for the EY Black Professional Network and as a member of the Americas Operating Executive Board, the Global Practice Group, and the Global Tax Executive Committee. Outside of EY, she serves on the Board of Directors for the All Stars Project, a non-profit dedicated to promoting youth development through after-school and cultural performance activities.
