K. Karisa Walker, MD

Dr. Walker is a Pediatric Anesthesiologist at Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha, NE and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at University of Nebraska Medical College. She studied Spanish at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA prior to earning her MD at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She subsequently completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine and fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Boston Children's Hospital. She is a Gold Humanism Honor Society member and Master of Education in the Health Professions Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and two Tibetan Terriers, baking, and travel.
