KellyNoel Waldorf is a Duke University senior pursuing a double major in linguistics and international comparative studies. She is a proud feminist, LGBTQ advocate, proponent for economic social justice, writer, poetry enthusiast, and lover of languages. Currently she works as a book conservation assistant at Duke University’s Perkins Library and has spent the semester helping curate an exhibition for the Nasher Museum of Art. She grew up on the coast of New Jersey, moved to the top of a snowy peak in Northern Idaho and spent the latter half of her life living in a tiny town called Murphy, North Carolina nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains.
