Since 2007, Kevin M. Schultz has taught American religious, intellectual, and ethno-racial history at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His latest book is Tri-Faith America: How Catholics and Jews Held Postwar America to its Protestant Promise (Oxford University Press). Since receiving his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005, he has written a popular college-level textbook of American history called HIST, and had articles appear in The Journal of American History, American Quarterly, Labor History, The Journal of the American Academy of Religion, Historically Speaking, and other venues, popular and academic alike.
