Kimberly Brooks is a painter and new media artist. Brooks' paintings are collected internationally and has been featured in numerous publications worldwide. She has also been showcased in numerous juried exhibitions including curators from Whitney Museum of American Art, Museum of Modern Art, California Institute of the Arts and LACMA.
Also a technologist and innovator, Brooks has created a lot cool things on the web such as founding the Arts and Science section of the Huffington Post, creating and curating Art Meets Science and recently the ImageBlog, a public space where artists can show their work to a wide audience.
Brooks maintains her studio in Venice, CA. Her upcoming exhibition is “I Notice People Disappear” at ArtHouse429 in Florida.
