Kindred Howard

Kindred Howard is an award-winning writer, a professional marriage and parenting coach, and the founder of FAMILY UPWARD: Marriage, Parent, & Family Life Coaching (www.familyupward.com). He is also the author of Cavemen in Babyland: What New & Expecting Mommies Should Know About New Daddies (So That They Won't Kill Them) (Rameses Publishing, 2011) www.cavemeninbabyland.com. His next book, co-written with nationally-renowned parenting expert John Rosemond, is scheduled for release in late 2012.

Kindred is regularly interviewed by radio stations nationwide on the topics of marriage and parenthood, and is heard bi-weekly on WDUN 550AM (Gainesville, GA) as the on-air family life expert. Kindred and his wife, Meredith, have been married for 15 years. Together they have 5 children: daughter Emerson (9), and 4 sons; William (7), Carson (5), and twin boys Samuel and Asher (2 yrs), whom they adopted from Ethiopia in 2010.
