Lindsey Trimble O'Connor is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at California State University Channel Islands where she teaches and conducts research on gender, work, family and social networks. Before joining CSUCI, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at Stanford University's Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research.
She completed a Ph.D. in sociology from Washington State University. Her work has appeared in academic journals such as Gender & Society, Social Science Research and Social Networks.
