Consultant and former Director of Finance, General Mills
Lisa Kline recently retired from full-time employment with General Mills as Director of Finance after 28 years of exciting and satisfying assignments.
Her financial leadership includes experience with all areas of financial planning and analysis including capital evaluation, shareholder value optimization, portfolio management and customer profitability. She also designed and implemented a nationally recognized development program to build finance leaders with financial acumen, as well as business partnership and critical thinking skills.
In her "semi-retirement," she is leveraging her passion for learning and development through consulting assignments and teaching at the college level.
Lisa received her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she later served on the Alumni Board. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Kentucky.
She is active with Stages Theatre Co., Girl Scouts and St. John's Lutheran Church.
Lisa resides in Minnesota with her husband and three children, where she enjoys many activities in the great outdoors.
