Liz Kinchen has been with El Hogar Ministries, Inc. since 2001. Prior to working at El Hogar, Liz worked for over 20 years as a Program Manager and Development Manager in the software industry, working at large, midsize and start-up companies. She is also Director of Lay Ministry of the Parish of the Epiphany in Winchester, Ma. Liz has master’s degrees in Computer Science and in Counseling Psychology. At El Hogar, Liz is responsible for the operation of the organization, including staff and program management, networking, communications, board and donor support, and fundraising.
