Lowell Feld

Lowell Feld has joined the DC office as communications manager for the NRDC Action Fund. Lowell has served as Netroots Consultant to several campaigns, including Jim Webb for Senate in 2006. He founded and edited the blogs Raising Kaine and Blue Virginia, and co-authored the book, Netroots Rising: How a Citizen Army of Progressive Bloggers and Online Activists is Changing American Politics. From 1988 to 2006, he worked as an International Energy Analyst and Team Leader at the U.S. Energy Information Administration. He holds a BA in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from George Washington University.
