I'm convinced that reading fiction can help us lead better lives. Great authors have helped me overcome my own Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I continue to turn to novels when I'm facing anxiety or low mood.

I write about bibliotherapy, or using literature as a healing and guiding tool, on tolstoytherapy.com. I've also published 'Tolstoy Therapy: A Fiction Prescription' as an ebook.

At the start of 2014 I founded LitTherapy, an online resource to make finding healing books as easy as possible.

I'm currently reading English and Spanish at Exeter University, and I've previously managed the online marketing and copywriting for a travel startup in Barcelona.
