Introduced Open Data movement with over 20 national institutions of the Government of Costa Rica as partner of Junar Open Data, a company based in Silicon Valley; organized the first social hackathon in Costa Rica as local coordinator of Desarrollando América Latina; Former Adviser to the Minister of Planning and Economic Policy; with an asset management company; co organizer TEDx Youth Costa Rica. Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum, One Young World Ambassador and national team athlete for Costa Rica, World Karate Championship, Tokyo, 2008. Luis Diego holds a degree in Business Management from Universidad de Costa Rica.
