Real-estate mogul; star, BRAVO's 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles'

Madison Hildebrand is achieving extraordinary goals in record-breaking time. Hildebrand, star of Bravo's hit reality series Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is Malibu's most wanted real estate mogul. Madison has been recognized in the top 2 percent of agents in the Coldwell Banker International family and was named REALTOR® magazine's 2008 "30 Under 30". Hildebrand has sold over $100 Million in the last few years and knows how to achieve results for his clients. The fifth season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is airing on Bravo in summer 2012.

Madison is a 2003 graduate of Pepperdine University, in Malibu, where he studied Communication Arts in Advertising. While pursuing a California real estate license, Madison earned a mentorship with one of the nation's top-producing agent. His first sale: a $2.8-million listing. In January 2006, Hildebrand joined Coldwell Banker, working at the Malibu West office.

As the bright-eyed Hildebrand began to brand his mark in the real estate world, he was approached by the critically acclaimed BRAVO network to star in the real estate reality series Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. He gradually became a breakout star, sealing him as a titan in the world of real estate. When the first season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles first aired in August 2006, it quickly became a network hit. Hildebrand, who was inspired from the massive amount of inquiries from aspiring men and women, penned the book Activate Your Passion, Create Your Career, which guides readers through simple life lessons and how to succeed in the world of business. He has now completed his fourth season of the show, capturing international audiences and incredible exposure for his clients' properties.



Madison has served as Director on the Malibu Association of Realtors Board; served as vice president of Malibu Green Machine, an organization working to "green" Malibu's public spaces; and supports a variety of other community causes. His motto is, "He who freely gives freely receives." Still, Madison finds time for surfing, and snowboarding. Madison currently resides in Malibu.
