I am from Spain, am a civil servant of the Spanish Government and an Industrial Engineer. My background is policy making and regulation and I have been adviser to several Ministers and Secretaries of State in the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain. I am a Fulbright grantee for the academic year 2011-2012. I am currently a Mid Career - Masters in Public Administration candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. My areas of interest are policy making, international cooperation and public-private partnerships.
