Capt. Marcus Byrne is an active duty U.S. Army officer assigned to 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas. He is assigned as the brigade's public affairs officer. He just realized recently that he can suffer from stress and anxiety related issues and he isn't super-human, despite his Army training. His unit is scheduled to deploy this summer.
