Margaret Neale

Professor, Reseacher, Educator, Writer, and Aspiring Cowgirl

Margaret A. Neale is the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management. She was honored with the Robert T. Davis Award for Lifetime Achievement and served as the Academic Associate Dean of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining Stanford in 1995, she was the Kellogg Distinguished Professor of Dispute Resolution and Organizations at Northwestern University and on the faculty of the Eller School of Management of the University of Arizona.

She is the author of over seventy articles and four books, including the upcoming book on negotiating Getting (More of) What You Want, to be published by Basic Books in 2015. She is the faculty director of Negotiation and Influence Strategies, Managing Teams for Innovation and Success, and the Executive Program for Women Leaders at Stanford.
