Dr. Marisa Randazzo is a national expert on preventing assassination, school shootings, workplace shootings, stalking, and other types of targeted violence. She provides case guidance and training on threat assessment for professionals in law enforcement, private security, corporate management, school administration, and mental health throughout the US, Canada, and the European Union. Dr. Randazzo previously served as Chief Research Psychologist with the U.S. Secret Service, where she co-directed the landmark federal study of school shootings in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education. Her research and books have been credited with preventing planned attacks. Dr. Randazzo has testified before Congress and is frequently interviewed by major television, radio, and print news outlets to explain mass casualty events and criminal behavior. She currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Threat Assessment & Management.
