Dr. Mark McClellan is dean of the Herschel H. Hobbs College of
Theology and Ministry at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee,
Okla., where he also serves as a professor of theology and missions.
His career also has included work as a missionary, U.S. Army Infantry
officer and trial lawyer. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, he earned a
bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati; a juris doctorate
from Oklahoma City University; and a master's degree and doctorate
from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
