Mark Tillinger

Mark Tillinger is the President and co-founder of The Riedel & Cody Fund, a charitable organization that provides financial and other forms of assistance to owners of pets with cancer. Mark was inspired to start The Riedel & Cody Fund to honor the memory of his beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Riedel, who lost her eighteen month fight with cancer in October 2009.

In October 2010, Mark left a 28 year career at Accenture, during which he held numerous North American and global leadership positions and managed the relationships for some of the firm's largest clients, in order to follow his passion and create The Riedel & Cody Fund.

In addition to his role at The Riedel & Cody Fund, Mark is active in civic, philanthropic, educational, and commercial endeavors. He serves on several Boards of Directors, including the Housatonic Community College Foundation, the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport, and the Board of Visitors of Vanderbilt University.

Mark received his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the Vanderbilt Owen School of Management.

He lives in Connecticut with his wife Theresa and his Bernese Mountain Dog Shafer.
