Marlene Bernstein

Marlene Bernstein is the Chef and Co-Owner of Savour This Moment Catering & Events, a boutique Farm to Table catering company that she runs with her brother, Michael Bernstein. Savour This Moment is based in Los Angeles and is focused on cultivating rustic dishes using locally grown and seasonal ingredients. Marlene works with local vendors at farmers markets to carefully select the freshest ingredients picked at the peak of ripeness to go into her handcrafted custom menus. While she is classically trained in French cuisine, she draws much of her inspiration from international cuisine including Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian.
