Martin Olson has been writing the Stark County Political Report (SCPR) since March, 2008. Olson has been a practicing attorney of longstanding in Stark County, Ohio which has Canton as its county seat and which is best known nationally as the location of the National Football League Pro Football Hall of Fame. As an attorney and as a civic activist, Olson is well acquainted with leading Stark County political figures. He has run for political office and in the course of doing so has had access to the inner workings of the Stark County political process.
