Interim CEO, The Corps Network

Mary Ellen Ardouny is the Interim CEO of The Corps Network. Mary Ellen directs all of The Corps Network's advocacy work, including work with Capitol Hill, federal agencies, and grassroots outreach. She possesses expertise in government relations with a focus on education and workforce development. She is currently serving as a member of the federal advisory committee tasked with providing recommendations to federal land management agencies on how to implement a 21st Century Conservation Service Corps.

In addition to her productive time at The Corps Network, Mary Ellen has ten years of Capitol Hill experience, including two years on the House Committee on Education and Labor handling postsecondary education, training, and life-long learning programs. She also worked for Representatives Matthew G. Martinez (D-CA) and Nydia Velazquez (D-NY).
