Maxwell Dotson, 24, is the founding Executive Director of One World One Community, an innovative humanitarian organization that eschews the traditional model of development assistance. Prior to the inception of OWOC, Maxwell worked in business development for Envy Medical, Inc., primarily focusing on public initiatives and strategic partnerships.
