Michael Burg is President and Founder of Edge Health, a company dedicated to creating health education initiatives through entertainment platforms. He is also CEO of the On the Line Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising monies for research and education efforts related to prostate cancer.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in entertainment and sports television for CBS Sports, Jefferson-Pilot Sports, and his own company, Edge Entertainment. Fourteen years ago, Burg created the “Teen Choice Awards” on FOX, and has been an executive producer on the “Kids’ Choice Awards” on Nickelodeon.

The current Edge Health campaigns are: “On the Line”, a national prostate cancer awareness campaign with ESPN and the American Society of Clinical Oncology; “Cancer Bites”, a national blood cancer awareness campaign in association with the “Teen Choice Awards” and the celebrity world of vampires; and Kaleidoscope, a national cancer survivorship program in conjunction with FOX and CBS. Kaleidoscope celebrates survivorship through the world of sports and music on television during the Thanksgiving holiday.
