Michael D. Purugganan

Dean for Science, New York University

Michael D. Purugganan is the Dean for Science at New York University (NYU) as well as the Dorothy Schiff Professor of Genomics. He was a Sloan Young Investigator Award, a Guggenheim Fellow, and elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. His work is on plant genomics and evolutionary biology.
