Michael Ernest Sweet is a Canadian award-winning educator, writer, and photographer. He is the author of two street photography monographs, The Human Fragment and Michael Sweet's Coney Island, both from Brooklyn Arts Press. Michael is a recipient of both a Prime Minister's Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for significant contributions to education and the arts in Canada. He is also an ardent collector of outsider art and watches. Michael lives in New York City.
