Resiliency Coach, RN, Cancer Mom, Family Survior Skills Specialist who loves to laugh and makes a mean meatloaf

Michelle Frost is a Registered Nurse, Coach, and Owner of Resiliency Coaching, LLC. With over 3 decades of experience, she has devoted her career to serving patients, in particular, children, with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them. As the mother of a childhood cancer survivor herself, Michelle knows first hand what it means to cultivate resilience in the face of life-altering circumstances. Through her work, as well as her personal experience as a Cancer Mom, daughter of parents, both of whom had Alzheimer’s disease and a family tree sprinkled with addicts. Michelle shares her perspective with clients; resiliency is not an attribute that we either have or don't have but rather the amount of potential energy any one of us has to return to a state of well-being despite a life changing event. A key to her successful career is her ability to deeply connect with her clients and audiences through 1:1 coaching, speaking engagements and through her writing and blog. Please connect with Michelle at resiliencycoaching.org or on Facebook at Resiliency Coaching.
