Molly co-founded RYOT, which was acquired in 2016 by AOL as the first-ever VR content company exit. She was named to Forbes 30U30 list in Media, and was one of AdWeek's Under 40 Young Influentials. An Emmy-nominated producer, she has worked on award-winning VR films and documentaries from the Arctic to Liberia to Brazil, including RYOT's Oscar-nominated film Body Team 12. Before RYOT, Molly did philanthropic consulting for celebrities like Ben Stiller, Shakira and Kobe Bryant. While working at The White House, she was a featured contestant on Season 10 of American Idol. She has given a keynote at TEDxBerlin; has been written about in dozens of pubs including The New Yorker, Deadline and Elle; and is a contributor to AdWeek and HuffPost.
