Nadine B. Hack

CEO, beCause Global Consulting, Hack was named Top 100 Thought Leader on Trustworthy Business Behaviour often enough to earn an international Lifetime Achievement Award in Trust. She has advised Fortune 500 company executives, heads of state, and global other leaders and organizations on clarifying their goals and tackling the obstacles to achieve them. She was the first woman Executive-in-Residence at IMD Business School where she maintains an affiliation. She was Board Chair of the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation and has served as a non-executive director on for- and not-for profit boards. Her company has 34 Senior Associates internationally, each with their own teams and networks. Global CEO Magazine ranked her nine of the Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Leaders in the world and SustMeme ranked her 62 of the Top 500 CSR Influencers internationally. Her broad spectrum of experience working in and with multiple sectors includes: develop stakeholder engagement systems inside of and among organizations; offer executive coaching for top-tier executives; facilitate leadership development programs; design organizational change management initiatives; co-create strategic action plans for new or revitalized enterprises; generate multi-sector, cross-border alliances, critical in an increasingly globalized world; sustain corporate social responsibility initiatives, integrated with core business; formulate and bolster foundations for trust, ethics, sustainability, diversity and related values; institute governance structures to achieve these and other goals. She’s appeared extensively on television, radio, the Internet, and is on the on-line braintrust of women experts, SheSource. Hack continues to lead sessions in IMD executive education programs, including one-on-one intensives with senior executives and deep dives for business teams or organizations, often in the role of “designated challenger” to help them work through their challenges and chart their future. As Executive-in-Residence she distilled her internationally known pioneering work on engagement leadership and its framework Strategic Relational Engagement (SRE™) into teachable lessons about improving stakeholder engagement within and among entities and sectors to increase productivity, profitability and sustainability.
