Nancy serves as a member of M•A•C’s senior management team while overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the M•A•C AIDS Fund. The Fund is the heart and soul of M·A·C Cosmetics, encompassing diversity while celebrating life and the outspoken attitude of the company. Since its inception in 1994, the M·A·C AIDS Fund has raised more than $450 million exclusively through the sale of M·A·C VIVA GLAM lipstick and lipgloss. Currently, the Fund gives away over $35 million annually throughout the world, particularly in the 67 countries in which M•A•C has affiliates.
