Nathan J. Kelly is assistant professor of political science at the University of Tennessee. He received an M.A and Ph.D. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research, supported in part by a grant from the National Science Foundation, has appeared in various journals, including The American Journal of Political Science and Political Analysis. He is the author of The Politics of Income Inequality in the United States (Cambridge University Press, 2011).
