Nicolas Riley joined the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program in August 2011 as a Yale Public Interest Fellow. As a member of the Voting Rights & Elections team, his work focused on preventing voter intimidation and disenfranchisement caused by citizen poll-watchers who target low-income communities and communities of color. Nic received his J.D. in 2011 from Yale Law School, where he directed the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and served on the board of the Initiative for Public Interest Law.
