Psychologist and Author, 'Creating Well-Being: Four Steps to a Happier, Healthier Life'

Pamela Hays holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hawaii, and served as an NIMH postdoctoral fellow at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She served 11 years on the graduate psychology faculty of Antioch University in Seattle, and in 2000, returned to her hometown of Soldotna, Alaska, where she has since worked in community mental health, for the Kenaitze Tribe’s Wellness Center, and in private practice. She is the author of several books including her most recent Creating Well-Being: Four Steps to a Happier, Healthier Life (American Psychological Association Books).
