Paul Deards

Paul Deards is Head of the Middle School at the Speyer Legacy School, an independent, co-educational K-8 school in New York established to meet the needs of advanced learners. A graduate of Oxford University, Paul earned his Master’s Degree in General Education at the Bank Street College of Education where he also taught 4th grade at the School for Children. He then worked at The School at Columbia University in kindergarten, 3rd and 6th grade and completed a second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at the Summer Principals Academy of Columbia University’s Teachers College.
