Peter Navario is a fellow in global health at the Council on Foreign Relations. His work is focused on HIV/AIDS, developing country health systems, health economics and global health governance. Navario holds a BA in psychology and French with honors from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in global health from Yale University, and recently completed his PhD in health economics at the University of Cape Town’s school of economics.
