Reba Dominski

I lead Corporate Social Responsibility at U.S. Bank and believe in the power of service to make community possible.

Reba joined U.S. Bancorp in June of 2015 as the President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. Reba leads the community investment, giving and volunteerism strategy to maximize community, employee and business impact. She also leads Environmental programs and partnerships and the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for U.S. Bancorp.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Reba was with Target Corporation for 21 years serving in a variety of roles, including; Divisional in Sourcing and Director of Merchandise Planning. Most recently, she was a Senior Director of Community Relations, where she was responsible for leading Target’s Education Initiatives. Reba led Target’s efforts to give $1 Billion to education focused on improving literacy rates, providing schools with the resources they need and helping to close the opportunity gap in America.

Reba serves on the Twin Cities Generation Next Executive Committee and is a member of the Super Bowl 52 Legacy Fund Advisory Committee and the StriveTogether National Advisory Council.

She earned her B.A. in English and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.

Reba is actively involved in the community and is a wife and mother of two children, ages thirteen and sixteen.
