The Rev’d Dr. Malcolm Clemens Young is the ninth dean of Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, California and the author of The Invisible Hand in the Wilderness: Economics, Ecology and God, and The Spiritual Journal of Henry David Thoreau. Young is a graduate of Berkeley and Harvard and is active in the American Academy of Religion and the Pacific Coast Theological Society.
