Rich Halvorson is a social entrepreneur and founder of Global Fast, a movement that connects students with high-efficiency charities and turns personal sacrifice into global change. He writes on the ethics and economics of global development, and has worked in Haiti, Colombia and the Philippines. Among Rich's key passions are discovering the most urgent global issues and the best field partners already addressing them. He is a former global opinion writer for The Miami Herald and holds degrees in Philosophy and Government from Harvard University. Both Rich and Global Fast are based in Los Angeles.
