Robert A. Berman

Robert Berman is Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Cinium Financial Services Corporation. Previously, Mr. Berman served in the positions of Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Empire Resorts, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company in the business of gaming and horse racing. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Berman was the Managing Director of Watermark Investments Limited, where he oversaw a number of private partnerships investing in real estate, technology and basic industries. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Berman was Vice Chairman and a director of Executone Information Systems, a publicly traded telecommunications company, and from 1995 to 1999, Mr. Berman was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Worldwide Services, Inc., a publicly traded company that served the hospitality sector worldwide. Mr. Berman founded and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Project Dream Foundation, which is a charitable organization that is geared towards assisting at-risk youths and individuals overcoming adversity.
