Robert Pleasants is the Interpersonal Violence Prevention Coordinator and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Health Behavior and Women’s and Gender Studies at UNC-Chapel Hill. He serves on the North Carolina Sexual Violence Prevention Team and has been involved in violence prevention in North Carolina since 2001. He’s currently creating a nonprofit educational program that uses running, team-building activities, and an interactive curriculum to teach boys about healthy masculinity.
