Robert Tsao

Robert Tsao is the VP of Strategy and Business Development at UpMo where he leads corporate strategy and establishes partner ecosystem that helps UpMo users increase their value and internal mobility. Tsao is a successful software and Internet professional with 16 years of experience building companies as CEO, strategy executive, venture capitalist and investment banker. Prior to UpMo, Mr. Tsao served as the senior director of corporate strategy with Taleo Corp. at Oracle, where he was responsible for driving overall corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investments.
