Rose Jia

Rose Jia is a dreamer, a thinker, an innovator, an openly proud nerd, a closet comic-book fan, a techie@heart, and an aspiring novelist. She currently works at American Express’s OPEN (Small Business) division creating marketing campaigns for Small Business Saturday® and the Shop Small(SM) movement. In her spare time, she contributes as a reporter to Youth Leader Magazine's Global Edition where she focuses mainly on interviewing successful women to help develop the next generation of female leaders. She also seeks to connect people through technology as the founder and coordinator of International Alliance of Research Universities’ Tech Series. Before joining American Express, she was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in New York. She graduated from Yale University with a B.S. in History and Political Science.
