Roy Black

Roy Black is an internationally acclaimed criminal defense attorney. Perhaps best known for his successful defense of William Kennedy Smith on rape charges, Mr. Black also successfully defended Eller Media (now known as Clear Channel Outdoor) against manslaughter charges stemming from the bus-bench electrocution of a 12-year-old boy in Miami; Albertson's, Inc., when the state of Florida charged the Fortune 500 company with manslaughter in the death of a shoplifter; and artist Peter Max in New York.
