Rachel Verlik is an executive/career coach and consultant in the Washington, DC area. She partners with individuals, teams and organizations to enhance leadership, communication, resiliency, and personal/professional growth through coaching, facilitation, training, and consulting. She is the owner of Milepost 6 Consulting, LLC (www.milepost6consulting.com). Rachel is a believer that kindness, common sense and courtesy can still exist in our society and workplace. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from James Madison University and a Master’s Degree from George Mason University. She completed the Leadership Coaching Certificate program at Georgetown University and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification with the International Coach Federation. She is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and is certified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Leadership Circle 360 assessments. Rachel is an avid gardener, traveler, reader, baseball watcher, dog owner, and music lover.
