Ryan Poelman

Ryan Poelman, has been working in business for over 18 years. Having seen success in several areas of real estate, including buying, holding, generating leads, and selling, Ryan has built up a well of knowledge and experience that has allowed him to implement successfully the principles of quality customer service, high client acquisition, and continual product development within his team of employees.

Ryan has managed, organizations with 500+ employees. In 2010 he started flipping properties in many different markets. It was the perfect time to buy and sell real estate, it was just a few years prior the market had taken a heavy hit and crashed.

While the real estate market has cooled significantly more recently, Ryan's efforts have shifted to other aspects of the market in buying, leasing and developing commercial, multifamily and other real estate projects. Establishing real estate brokerages in multiple states, and partnering with traditional lenders as the lending market for owner occupants is heating up and the refinance market continues to be strong.

Ryan lives in Orem, Utah with his wife and children, and along with being a successful business owner, he being a part of their lives and aiding the community in whatever capacity he can.
