As Vice President of PBS KIDS Digital, Sara DeWitt oversees day-to-day development of PBS’ multiplatform content for kids and families, including the Webby-award winning pbskids.org, PBS KIDS’ suite of mobile apps, streaming video, interactive whiteboard games, and more. Since joining PBS in 1999, DeWitt has worked with producers on a variety of award-winning television program sites, such as Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, Curious George, and Arthur, and speaks on the topic of games and learning for conferences such as SXSW Interactive, Games For Change, and Digital Kids. DeWitt has also worked as a preschool teacher, a management researcher, and a field researcher studying leadership opportunities for rural youth.
