Saul Gitlin (冀碩臨) is a nationally recognized expert, strategist, and commentator in the field cross-cultural and multilingual marketing and communications.

He regularly addresses national and regional marketing industry, corporate, and trade conferences, and is heavily quoted in the business and news media both in the US and abroad. He is also a prolific author of articles and commentary focused on Asia and China, as well as issues related to cross-cultural business development. Saul spent a long portion of his career overseas, including 7 years in senior operations and marketing positions for multinational corporations in the People’s Republic of China. He is completely fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Hebrew, and French, and holds a B.A. degree in Asian Studies from Cornell, an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
