Dr. Ufberg Is the co-founder of personal growth and wellness companies Borrowed Wisdom and Elevate GenY, creating live events and online programs to inspire and empower people to live happy, healthy lives and give back to the world. Dr Ufberg currently blogs and posts articles, interviews and commentary for The Huffington Post, WomenEnews, Womens Media Center, Genders Across Borders, IntegrativePractitioner.com and many other websites. Dr Ufberg has been featured in all media forums including Huff Post Live, NPR radio's 51%, A Woman's Perspective, Fox TV News, Martha Stewart, WBAI radio and We Heal New York magazine. Dr. Ufberg is a seasoned international leader and activist in the areas of women’s health and safety, economic self sufficiency, domestic violence and human trafficking. She is a delegate to the United Nation’s Commission on the Status of Women and is the past chairperson of Project Kesher, the largest nongovernmental women’s organization of the former Soviet Union.
As a senior health practitioner, Dr. Ufberg has over 30 years in private practice. She continues to be an Adjunct Professor at Beth Israel Medical Center's Continuum Center for Health and Healing in New York City.
